“Our ambition is to serve the public at large and work towards the objective of a hunger free society. We aim to create a more equitable society where everyone has access to the most necessity, “food.””
Our commitment extends to serving meals to the poor, physically and economically underprivileged people. Our mission has started in the year 2020 during the Corona Pandemic and since then we are committed to serve the needy people.
Through our network of volunteers, donors, and partners, we take contributions / donations and prepare food with the help of “Aanapurna Kitchen, a women driven organization (a unit of Wishmeal Foods Hospitality Private Limited)” and thereafter distribute hygienic and healthy food to those in need. Our comprehensive approach touches every facet of life.
Besides the distribution of food to the needy people in the society, our further ambition is to create free food distribution centers in the NCR Region, on the lines of Langar Halls at various Temples / Gurudwaras.
Besides the food distribution activity, the trustees also have a vision to eradicate hunger, to establish maintain and run various old age homes, education facility centres for slum living children, Aanganwadi, Colleges and to run the animal shelters, the Social Service Centres. Need of an Hour Foundation, works with on-ground non-profit partners working on education and child malnutrition by providing regular meals to dependents.
Our NGO is registered under CSR activity with ROC and with Income Tax Department under 80G benefit so that our valuable supporters get dual benefit of saving tax while contributing to a noble cause.
