Need of an Hour Foundation is a non-profitable organization which is a Registered Public trust, under the Indian Trust Act, 1920 and the same is also registered under Section 12A and having recognised for the purpose of section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Also, the trust is also registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) for the purpose of CSR activities with corporates.

“Our ambition is to serve the public at large and work towards the objective of a hunger free society. We aim to create a more equitable society where everyone has access to the most necessity, “food.””

Our commitment extends to serving meals to the poor, physically and economically underprivileged people. Our mission has started in the year 2020 during the Corona Pandemic and since then we are committed to serve the needy people.

In 2020 our founders launched their F & B business. Within a year, they realized that this commercial business should be shifted to an NGO where that same hygienic and nutritious food is provided to the ones who are deprived of it.
